Sneak Peak of engraves

Recently I got an engraving tip for my rotary tool. Now I can start making engraved decks. This is just a prototype, but there will be a stock once I get these up to my standards. Keep your eyes peeled

Stickers are in!

It's been a while since I've been able to give out stickers with orders. The old ones I used to send where printed in high gloss, on sticker paper. These are a step forward. The ink used is UV resistant, as well as the glossy laminate, which means they can be outside without fading for many years. The point is, these stickers are high quality!

Ramps/ obstacles.. a definite possibility

Recently I was cleaning out some things in the garage and found some tools I never knew were in there. Among the things I found was a table router and a table saw. Making ramps and obstacles has always been something I've wanted to do for Pure. I released street benches last year, they were quite successful, but too much work for me to make them. I dumped the idea and just left it at just deck making for a while. With the router and table saw I saw an opportunity. I had made a manny pad (or fun box) a while ago, with just a sander and a hand saw. If I could make a good ramp with limited tools then the possibilities for more accurate designs look great. With the box already made, I decided to test out the router and add metal coping to the side to make it sit flush with the surface.

  This was the result. 

Just be aware that this is simply a prototyping phase, and a goal of mine to reach. To add a ramps division to Pure. If all goes well, I plan to keep ramps at a low price. Never sacrificing quality. More will come in the following weeks. 

What's this?

After some prototyping I have done over the past few weeks, I think I finally got the result I want. This is cloth bottom ply. Soaked in epoxy to harden it like plastic. Not only does it look cool, but will have great pop. 4 plies of wood, 1 ply of cloth.  

Stock Progress

Got another deck shaped and ready for lacquer. Be stoked, lots of exotics with sick ply combos to come. Maybe even more? Check back tomorrow to see what else might come.
